Error SMTP 550

It looks like the mailbox has been added to our blocked list, most likely for sending out spam-like content.

Could you please:

1. Run a virus scan on the device where the mailbox has been setup i.e. their PC.

2. Change the mailbox password to something very secure.

Once done if you could let me know then I’ll get the mailbox removed from the list for you.
