Email Setup Issue my clients email is not working so I tried on my local pc and it also gives the same issue when trying to add to Outlook. I tried with and without SSL but same result.

I checked your screenshot, I see the incoming port should be 993. on the encryption method, you want to select SSL. on the outgoing mail, the port should be 443 and again the encryption method should be SSL.
